In our restaurant we take great care to preserve the traditional and regional way of preparing food. Our chef prefers to use organically produced products from the local farmers.
On the menu you will find the products that the fields, rivers, woods and meadows have on offer through the different seasons! Some of our favourite regional specialities have been officially awarded for their organic excellence. We have also extended our drinks menu with organically produced wines, beers and soft drinks.
The restaurant is divided into different areas; The Fox room, the Fireplace room, the main restaurant area and a bright conservatory. The restaurant can seat a total of 150 people.
During the summer one can also eat on the outside terrace. The different interiors and sizes of the rooms allow you to choose the right ambiance for your private party or company event.
Our staff is trained to the highest of standards and will assist organising your private party or conference so it will be the success you had in mind.
Hotel Fuchsbräu is a member of the ‘Confrerie des Chaine de Rotisseurs’ association.
Our gastronomic performances have been rewarded numerous times. You will find our name in the Michelin Germany guide, the Aral Gourmet Atlas and in the Varta travel guide.
